A Peek at Next Week:

Language Arts:  This week we will review the letters “d and z”.  We will also review the sight words:  for and have.  We will also write a class book.

Writing Workshop:  We will continue our unit called Authors as Mentors.  This is a little harder unit for the kids.  I will be going back and reviewing things we did last week.    

Handwriting:  We will be writing on our lined paper reviewing all that we have learned. 

Math:  We will look at tools for measuring time, skip count with our calculators, use symbols to represent patterns and divide whole objects into halves. 

Theme:  St. Patrick’s Day

*April 1-5 -  Spring Break

Wish List:  1 box of Lucky Charm Cereal, 2 boxes of vanilla pudding (to make pies)  - We would need them by Wednesday, March 17^th.  If you are willing to donate please let me know by Tuesday.  Thank you.
